How do I return an item?

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable. You
must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number PRIOR to
returning any merchandise. All requests for returns MUST come through e-mail and not phone,
as we need to ensure a paper trail for all requests. ALL refused shipments or returns
WITHOUT a Return Authorization Number will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All item(s)
must be returned in new condition with original packaging UNOPENED. Used items are NOT
returnable. Proof of purchase (packing slip, invoice, etc.) is required for reimbursement of
purchase price, less shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Returns must be
received within 30 days of the date we ship the item(s) or the return will not be processed.
